Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of RaptorWayz("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1What the Service does
RaptorWayz is browser-automation infrastructure. You send a domain; we solve its bot-protection challenge on a browser and return a clearance cookie, a matching User-Agent, and a proxy. You then make your own requests using those values. We do not fetch, store, or inspect the content of your requests.
2Your responsibility
The Service is a neutral tool. How you use it is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for the sites you access through the Service, for complying with those sites' own terms and rules, and for everything you do with the results.
You, not RaptorWayz, bear sole responsibility for your use of the Service and its consequences. RaptorWayz provides the infrastructure only; we do not monitor or control how it is used, and we take no responsibility for your activity.
3Accounts and API keys
Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. One person or entity per account. Don't create accounts to abuse free trials or evade limits.
4No guarantee
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Solving is best-effort, a given challenge may fail, and we make no guarantee of success, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Failed solves don't consume quota.
5Suspension and termination
We don't inspect your traffic, so we don't monitor which sites you access, that is your responsibility (Section 2). We may still suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, if it abuses the Service itself, for example, overloading or attacking our infrastructure, or evading trials, quotas, or rate limits (such as creating multiple accounts), or where we are required to act by law.
6Payment
Paid plans are billed per API key as a monthly subscription: each key auto-renews every 30 days by debiting your prepaid balance. If your balance can't cover a renewal, the key is paused and, after a short grace period, retired. Payments are made in cryptocurrency and, once confirmed on the blockchain, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaptorWayz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your access to any third-party site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
8Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
